Experimental Photography From Around The World

As the name implies, Experimental Photography from around the world is created utilizing non-traditional techniques. Be it through use of special types of film and developers, type of camera, subject matters, digital manipulation, and more.

Since first picking up a camera when he was 4 and had his work published when he was 22, Cleveland native Jon Passow has been tinkering for his entire life. Having gone down the rabbit hole with styles, techniques, cameras, and the like, he became known for his haunting landscape photography from various locations around the world shot on pinhole cameras with homemade Redscale film.

All prints are created via Lightjet printers. The printers expose photographic papers to lasers which creates and image that contains colors outside the gamut of traditional photographic prints. Enjoy a sampling of Jon’s work and be sure to contact him if you have any questions!
